World Diabetes Day falls on November 14th each year. To set up this day is to strengthen the publicity and education on diabetes prevention and monitoring, to improve the understanding of diabetes, asking people pay more concerned about the life and work of diabetes patients, to strengthen the research on diabetes prevention, treatment. As people’s living standard has been improved and taking less exercise, the number of diabetes patients is increasing day by day. Although mild diabetes would not lead to death, but when it becomes serious, the consequence will be different. The rate of people die of diabetes is larger and larger. Everyone should aware this and fight for this horrible chronic disease to reduce the death rate. Keeping a good diet and living a good living style is helpful. In other word, people should eat healthy and do more exercise. Let’s work together to make a healthy world!

每年的11月14是世界糖尿病日。這一天的設立是爲了使世界所有國家加強對糖尿病的宣傳教育、防治和監測，提高對糖尿病的認識，更加關心糖尿病患者的工作與生活，加強對糖尿病預防措施、治療手段的研究。隨着人們生活水平的提高以及鍛鍊的缺少，糖尿病患者的數量日益增多。雖然輕度糖尿病患者不會導死，但當它變得嚴重的時候，後果將是不一樣的。人們死於糖尿病的概率越來越大。每個人都應該意識到這一點並和這個可怕的慢性疾病作鬥爭，降低死亡率。保持健康的飲食和良好的生活方式是很有幫助的。換句話說，人們應該吃健康的食物並多做運動。讓我們一起攜手創造一個健康的世界吧!

What is the definition of a good neighbor?Well, in my opinion, a good neighbor should have the qualities: to care aboutother’s feeling, and help others unselfishly.

I feel lucky to have a good neighbor. Sheis about 65 years old. I remember it clearly，one night, I wascaught in a pouring rain, and then I suffered from a high fever. My parentswere on business, so I turned to her for help, I recovered soon. I have anotherneighbor, we’re in the same age, went to the same school. We always playedtogether. I’m not good at Physics at that time. It was hard for me to pass theexam. After school, she always helped me with my Physics. With her help, I madea big process in my final exam.

我感到很幸運自己有位好鄰居。她大概65歲。我記得很清楚，一個風雨交加的夜晚，我發燒了。我的父母正好出差，所以我向她求救，很快，我康復了。我還有一鄰居，年齡和我一樣，在同一學校上學。我們總是一起玩。那段時間，我的物理不是很好，考試很難通過。放學後，她總是幫助我補課。通過她的幫助，我在期末考試中取得了很大的進步。

Good neighbors create a comfortable andsafe living environment. They’re also our good friends. They make a bigdifference in our daily life.

好的鄰居提供了舒適和安全的居住環境。他們也是我們的好朋友，讓我們的生活變得與衆不同。

The Family Plan has been adopted for several years, most of the young generation are only child because their parents follow the government’s policy. Over more than 30years, most family are made up of grandparents, parents and a child. Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less. For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass media’s attention. The policy of one child has been doubted, it has been strongly advised that a family is allowed to raise two kids. I totally agree with that, it not only bring happiness to family, but also relieve the pressure of aging problem.

計劃生育已經執行了很多年了，年輕一代大都是獨生子，因爲他們的父母執行國家的計策。30多年過去了，很多家庭是由祖父母，父母和一個孩子組成。問題也出現了，社會面臨着老齡化處境，很多人變老，然而年輕人卻少。對與一個典型的家庭來說，四個成年人已過四十和一個不到20歲的孩子。老齡化社會越來越突出，這樣的現象引起了大衆媒體的注意。一個孩子的政策遭到了質疑，強烈一個家庭應該允許有2個孩子。我完全同意，這不僅給家庭帶來歡樂，而且減輕了老齡化問題的壓力。
